The Facilities

The Barn:

The lighted barn has large bright stalls, approximately 12X12, with large windows and grill fronts. Some stalls have dutch doors. The barn aisle is concrete. Stall floors are clay. There are 5 sets of cross ties in the barn. There is an automatic fly spray mist system in the barn, and over each stall.
A restroom and phone are also available for boarders use. A refrigerated drinking fountain is always available for a nice cold drink.

The Farm:

The farm has a large arena with lights, a large round pen, a hunt field with jumps, and 20 acres of pasture to ride in.   Barrels are available for use, as well as jumps and cones.  Plans include building cross country fences, and a dressage arena.
There is a double wash rack with lights for your convience. Stalled horses are turned out in large semi-private grass paddocks
An air conditioned tack room is available to store your tack, and even has a couch for cool chats, or a comfortable place to clean your tack.

Care:

Stalled Horses are fed grain and hay twice daily. They are turned out and brought in daily. If you chose to have fans in the summer, we turn them on and off as well. Blanketing is included in the winter.
Their stalls are cleaned every day and we provide the shavings. Stall water buckets are kept clean, and water troughs in their paddocks too.  Stalled horses can be fed owner-provided supplements at no additional charge.

We can also arrange for Farriers, Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, and Veterinarians for you. Charges will be added to your next bill, except for medical expenses, which will bill to you directly. Many other options are available at a small fee, just ask!
